Angelica Clark PA-C, IFMCP has been a Physician Assistant since 2008. She started her career at the Crouch Clinic in 2008 and in 2014 she moved with her Family to Katy, Texas. 

In Katy, she worked for 8 years at a Functional Medicine Practice where she treated Hypothyroidism, Metabolic, Hormonal and Nutritional Imbalances, gut health, yeast overgrowth, SIBO, allergies, detox, etc, 

In 2021, Angelica received her certification by the Institute for Functional Medicine. Once Dr. Crouch announced to her and Shaun his wishes to retire or to slow down his career, Her husband Shaun Clark and Angelica decided to move back to the Waco area in the Summer of 2022. She brings back to Hamilton and surrounding areas a multitude of Knowledge in functional medicine and they are excited to be back at the Crouch Clinic as co-owner with the medical director Dr. Vivian Asamoah MD.

Shaun Clark, LVN has been a nurse since 2003. He has worked in several setting including a psychiatric hospital, Texas Childrens, Rheumatology Clinic, Hamilton Cardiac Rehab and Hamilton General Hospital. He enjoys cycling and playing with his 2 boys. 

Shaun Clark LVN is the Office manager and Nurse. He provides patient education, counseling, gives injections and IVs and manages the Functional Medicine Clinic. 

Mark Crouch, D.O. graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth Texas. He is board certified in Family Practice with a special interest in preventative medicine, vitamin D and magnesium deficiency, thyroid optimization and weight control. Dr Crouch has been practicing medicine and providing medically supervised weight control services in the same location since 1989. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and American Association of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Crouch limits his practice to preventative medicine and the treatment of patients for weight control and associated diseases. 

Vanessa Perez 

Vanessa is a multi-talented individual: stylist, mindfulness enthusiast and a communications and psychology student. She contributes to our clinic by working as our front office support. Vanessa combines her expertise in fashion, effective messaging, and understanding of mental well-being to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere. From handling phones and scheduling to maintaining the website and creating captivating communications and designs, Vanessa ensures that every interaction with the clinic reflects our dedication to nurturing personal growth and overall wellness.
